« We bake from scratch with local ingredients, organic as much as possible and always natural, to create unique premium madeleines. There are no artificial colouring or preservatives in our recipes.
They are baked on same day of delivery, because there’s nothing better than a super fresh Madeleine!
We are proud to use Callebaut® Chocolate in our recipe, which supports sustainably grown cocoa.
All our madeleines are suitable for vegetarians (except most savoury ones). »
